Villa Le Macchie is situated in a splendid area, it is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and has direct access to the sea. The villa is built on two levels and the first level has the typical star shaped vaulted ceilings.
1° Level: The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and a small service bathroom, a dining room with a table with seating for 10-12 people, fireplace and sea view and a living with sofas, armchairs, a table and a fireplace. Next to the living there is a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a table with seating where it is possible to have lunch or dinner with the fragrances of the garden and a view of the Adriatic sea. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms with shower, a third bathroom is for the use of the other two bedrooms.
There is also access from the living room, on one side, to a large lodge equipped with a table and chairs and, on the other side, to a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with sofas and armchairs.
2° Level: external stairs lead down to the second floor where there are a further 3 double bedrooms. All of these rooms have independent access to the garden. A corridor leads to a large bathroom/shower. The property is equipped with a washing machine. A shaded stone path which crosses through the pines, leads down to the sea, and a drop into the sea. There is a concrete platform, which is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an umbrella. The property offers shaded parking for two/three cars.
The weekly price includes: housekeeping 3 hours twice a week (extra hours available on request, at € 10,00 per hour); water, gas and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 200 kwh per week; overconsumption charged at € 0,50 per kwh); bed&bathroom linen, pool maintenance twice a week. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged € 300,00 to be paid upon arrival.
The property can be rented also in winter time. The cost of central heating is not included in the weekly rental price and amounts to € 70 per day.
